How much is needed to secure the booking?
Full payment is required to complete or secure the booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through online booking using Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit cards.
What is your booking and cancellation policy?
For prepaid reservations, if we cancel a dive because of “unforeseen circumstances” i.e. weather, mechanical difficulties, not enough people – you get a 100% refund. If you cancel a dive and give us at least 48 hours notice, you get a 100% refund.
If you paid with a credit card and want to cancel your reservation, you must do so by email within 48 hours of the departure time. If we do not receive an email canceling in the specified timeframe, all parties are in agreement that this confirmation is considered permission to charge your credit card unless you specifically deny this obligation by email. If you deny the reservation will not be considered confirmed.
What happens if there is bad weather?
Your safety onboard is our top priority. We will inform you if the weather or sea conditions are not safe for diving so we can reschedule the dive based on your availability and the availability of the instructor.
